There are three ways of using this virtual place.

  1. Sell A Pag-IBIG Project — This is good for real estate agents, brokers and companies who are engaged in selling Pag-IBIG Accredited Projects anywhere in the Philippines.
  2. Sell Your Own Property — If you have a property that you want to sell and that it can it be financed by using Pag-IBIG Financing, this place is good for you.
  3. Let Someone Assume Your Loan — If you have a property that is currently being mortgaged with Pag-IBIG and you want to sell that, you can do it here.

This is one of the most requested features of this website and one that we promised to incorporate a long time ago. Finally, it’s out on a Beta Edition.
